About the Role:
Kwik Retail LLC is a growing Ecommerce company looking for a motivated and passionate Full Stack Development Intern to help build, improve, and expand our digital presence. This is a hands-on internship where you will work on real projects that directly impact our business — from customer-facing website features to internal tools that support our daily warehouse and fulfillment operations. If you are a self-starter who loves solving problems and wants real-world experience in a fast-paced startup environment, this is the opportunity for you.
What You Will Work On:
- Lead development and contribute to building the KwikPets.com ecommerce app, including product pages, shopping experience, checkout, and customer-facing features.
- Design and develop internal operation management software to help the team track inventory, shipments, orders, and daily warehouse workflows in one centralized system.
- Assist in developing and improving our company website and ecommerce platform for a better customer experience.
- Build and maintain internal tools and software concepts to support business operations such as inventory, shipping, and order management.
- Work on both frontend interfaces and backend systems to support new feature development.
- Assist with updating website pages, fixing bugs, and improving overall site performance and user experience.
- Help integrate third-party platforms and APIs such as Amazon, Walmart, ShipStation, or similar ecommerce tools.
- Collaborate with the team to identify operational pain points and propose tech-driven solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new software concepts and internal automation ideas.
- Document work, processes, and technical notes to support future development.
What We’re Looking For
Tech Skills: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Hands-on experience or coursework in frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or similar) and backend (Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar) development is preferred.
Problem Solver: You enjoy figuring things out, take initiative, and do not wait to be told what to do next.
Detail-Oriented: You write clean code, test your work, and care about delivering something that actually works.
Communication: You can clearly explain what you are working on, ask questions when needed, and collaborate effectively with a small team.
Adaptable: You are comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities can shift and no two days look the same.
The Kwik Retail LLC Advantage

Benefits & Perks: Paid internship with flexible schedule.
Growth Opportunity: Be part of a growing e-commerce operation with the potential for a full-time role based on performance.
